Plan A Visit
We’re so glad you’re considering paying us a visit. Currently, we have two In-Person services at 30% capacity on Sundays at 9am & 11am at our downtown location. If you prefer to join us online, check out our ONLINE CHURCH EXPERIENCE SUNDAYS AT 10AM.
If you’re thinking about coming to church, we hope you’ll take the plunge and pay us a visit because we believe this one hour just may change your life.
At any time in your visit, please feel free to speak with one of our team members who are located in the foyers. Continue reading to see what we’re doing to follow guidelines and how you can help us!
What To Expect
What will happen on my visit?
DOWNTOWN: Currently, we are asking people to pre-register so we can know who is coming and stay within our current allowable capacity. We will have a small number of spots available for walk-ins but cannot guarantee they haven’t already been used. We do ask that you do a self-assessment as per the Saskatchewan government’s website and stay at home to join us online if you have any symptoms or feel sick.
We’ll do our best to create a contactless environment and will be cleaning common areas regularly and in between services. Our host team will be wearing masks for your and their protection. As per worship guidelines, congregants are required to wear masks if they sing. Otherwise it is not required but encouraged.
Our doors will open approximately 20 minutes before each service. When you first enter the church building, you’ll be greeted by one of our team members who will hold the doors open for you. If there is a line-up to enter the building, please practice social distancing using the indicated 6 ft markers.
DOWNTOWN: Currently, we are not offering any kids programs and ask that you keep your kids with you at all times.
As you enter the building, please check-in just inside the door. From there, we ask that you wash or sanitize your hands. On your way to the main auditorium, please remember social distancing.
On the upper level, our ushers will guide you to the appropriate seat according to the number of people in your household. Seats are arranged to accommodate households of 1-2, 3-4 & 5 people in a way that keeps 6ft between each household. Should your need be for more than 5 (please contact us at the office before Friday at noon at 306-630-2292 and we’ll see how we might be able to accommodate your request). Our plan is to fill the front rows and make our way towards the back.
Our services are approximately one hour long and include a time of worship and message from Pastor Larry. Following the service, please wait for our ushers who will dismiss each row/group one row at a time beginning with the back row and making their way to the front. This helps eliminate cross traffic.
